Payment
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover accepted - as well as cash and check. A $35 service fee will be charged for returned checks. Gift Certificates & Packages are not redeemable for cash. If a refund is given up to a 20% fee will apply.
Appointment Policy
Your appointment time has been reserved for you. Please give us 24 hours' notice for a massage and 72 hours' notice for spa treatments to cancel or reschedule. First time clients, SPA treatments, Multiple Bookings, and Couples' Massage require a Credit Card to hold the appointment. If unable to fill a canceled, missed, or frequently rescheduled appointment, you maybe required to pay for the appointment time.
